After Capitec Bank in Lebowakgomo learned that their oldest client, Pumane, had a big day to celebrate, they took to social media to ask South Africans for some great ideas that will help make his party an exciting day spent with friends and family.
Mzansi had great ideas and jumped on board eager to help the lovely man with a bright smile, enjoy his day.
South Africans wanted to ensure all his family were part of the occasion and could share the day with him. They said nobody would know him better than his family and said they should get some insight into what makes Pumamane tick, Briefly.co.za found.
Mzansi felt that having a home and family is the most important thing for South Africans and would make the old man tremendously happy. It was also suggested that the bank set up an education fund for his grandchildren.
Vuyo Mrashula and many Twitter user were thinking practically and suggested that the old man would probably enjoy seeing R106 000 deposited into his bank account, while others suggested renovations for his home would probably go a long way, seeing as his pension fund is only going to increase by R80.
Maxwell Mashiane suggested that they celebrate by buying him five cows.
Ngako Setji shared that he had a band which comprises nine talented musicians who are blind. He said the band would love to perform at the event.
