1. Man pleads for financial support: His wife died after giving birth to quintuplets

Father of 5, Uchenna Prince Onyejekwe, detailed his financial woes as he struggles to provide for his set of quintuplets.

The man's wife delivered through Cesarean section and at first, her health was fine but things took a turn for the worst shortly after.

Sadly, Prince's wife suffered two cardiac arrests and died leaving the kids behind.

Prince is battling to make ends meet without the support of his wife and begged the public for a helping hand.

2. Mzansi left shook as another video of a brazen robbery goes viral

Within just four hours, a video managed to gather over 50 000 views on Facebook. The footage showed a man walking the sidewalks before he was jumped by a couple of thugs.

The controversial video drew strong reactions from South Africans as many vented their frustration with crime and the lack of police presence.

3. Bonang says she doesn't need a man or kids to be happy

Bonang has revealed that she is not planning on getting married and having babies anytime soon.

The 32-year-old has put her career first before starting a family of her own.

Queen B spoke at at the #WeSeeEqual Gender Equality Summit hosted by UN Women in India and says that she has a number of personal goals to achieve before she’ll be ready to settle down.

4. Meghan Markle's squad threw her a lush R3 million baby shower

Meghan Markle has a squad who splashed out $200,000 (R2 781 200,00) on her New York baby shower without thinking twice.

Briefly.co.za learnt that the lavish shower took place on Wednesday in New York.

Abigail Spencer, Jessica Mulroney , Serena Williams, Misha Nono, Jessica Mulroney and Gayle King were some of the well-known attendees of the event.

5. Hilarious video shows baby dragging a snake around the house

Mzansi was left shook following footage on social media which showed a young girl dragging around a snake.

The video showed the little girl walking around with the snake's tail end in her hand.
