Another one bites the dust: Bonang Matheba's Twitter account hacked

Has Bonang Matheba's Twitter account been hacked? The media personality’s Twitter account with more than 3 million followers vanished yesterday and an official statement claims the account was hacked. This comes only days after Cassper Nyovest claimed his account was also hacked.

Fortunately for Cassper, he was able to buy back his account. Bonang is still MIA on the social network and her official fan page claims that the account was hacked.

"Please be patient and do not believe any information unless it comes from her directly (on Instagram) or from her team at @CSAglobal_"

Briefly.co.za had previously suspected that she purposefully deactivated her Twitter account before the #RoastOfAKA because she was sure she wouldn't have a minute's peace on social media.

Bonang Matheba just knew that AKA's roast would see her name pop up more than once, and she was right. She prepared for the fallout by deactivating her Twitter - smart move because she would have been tagged every few minutes. AKA's relationship with Bonang got ripped to shreds with Pearl Thusi, the Roast Master, brutally tearing into AKA.

Many still think she’s just laying low until the heat of the roast blows over.
