Elmari Kemp returned home from shopping at Kolonnade Shopping Centre in Pretoria when she realised her purse went missing.

Elmari made peace with the fact that her full purse would never be recovered.

However, she was taken by surprise when she received a call from the stranger who found the missing item.

The Good Samaritan’s name is Mosidi and she went above and beyond to track the purse’s rightful owner.

Mosidi contacted the local police station as well as Home Affairs as she attempted to get Elmari’s contact details.

The generous gesture has restored Elmari’s faith in humanity.

She said, “I am grateful to Mosidi for caring about another person in distress. I salute you. May the window of heaven open over you with unmeasurable blessings.”

Although Mosidi expected nothing in return, Elmari still bought her a beautiful bouquet of flowers for their meeting.

Good Things Guy reported on the goodwill story and the Kolonnade Shopping Centre shared the news via their Facebook page.
