Through their music, artists have also partnered with major companies as brand ambassadors through endorsement deals. It's a win-win situation really. Companies get more exposure from having a top artist as their brand ambassador and illuminate the staus of their brands. And the artists, well, gets more moola for their time.
According to SA Hip Hop Magazine, big companies are always interested in working with big artists so that their brands can reach a larger audience.
