Boyfriend of the year: Man takes to social media to find bae a job

Social media users dubbed a man the winner of the Boyfriend Olympics after he took to Twitter to find his highly-qualified bae a job.

The man, Bulani Bobelo, shared how it was eating him up that bae was still unemployed despite her impressive resume and asked social media to keep her mind if they knew of a position for her.

His girlfriend has a BSc in Chemistry and Biochemistry as well as an Honours degree in Chemistry. She also has three years experience in a lab environment and has taught for eight-months.

Social media users applauded the man’s dedication to his girlfriend and helping her out and assured him that they will keep an eye out for a job for her. Some even offered helpful advise on where the couple could look for job adverts.

On man, clearly disappointed by the struggle of finding a job in this economy, suggested that Bulelani encourages his bae to make something to sell instead of wasting her skills, Briefly.co.za found.
