Nasty C, who's real name is Nsikayesizwe David Junior Ngcobo, finally arrived at a point where he share information about an imperfection that he had, with his followers. He felt he was ready to speak to them about this long-kept secret.
He wrote: "So there’s something I’ve been meaning to share with all my fans.. This is a big moment & step for me & it took a lot of courage for me to shoot & share this with you. I hope that it helps anybody that relates -to find this kind of self-love & self-acceptance."

"This is something that I’ve been hiding from pretty much everybody… Part of the reason why I hide it from everyone is because I wanted to leave that part of my life in the past. I came to a point where I was like, I finally accept myself for who I am, how I am and all my imperfections,” he said.
He added that it wasn't easy to reveal the truth to everyone but he came to the realisation that he was comfortable with himself. He said his partner only found out about a year ago.
The rapper then pulled off his sock on his left foot to reveal the deformity on his big toe. His friend who was sitting next to him during the recording of the video sat in awe trying to recall if he ever saw Nasty C barefoot.
Nasty C said he wanted to have the deformity surgically removed once he made it big in the industry but it was his sister who reminded him that he carried the genes of his late mother and removing the deformity meant he will be removing part of her existence posthumously.
Nasty C had some advice he wanted to share with people who suffered from a personal secret or imperfection. He said it's okay to be afraid if you have something that you're hiding from people because you're scared you might be judged, picked on or laughed at. And asked them to just take their time.
“Don’t be impatient with yourself, learn to love yourself, learn to accept yourself for who you are. And, when you’re ready, you show the world."
Many fans applauded Nasty C for this commendable act of bravery when they commented on the video. The video had 179k views and more than 2500 comments by this evening. Here are some of the comments:
