DJ Shimza's beautiful Mercedes was stolen out of his garage while he was in Portugal. This came after fans told him to be careful about posting photos of his cars on social media.

Shimza has shared a post on Twitter asking anyone with info to please help him find his car. So far, he's had no luck.

However, being a true South African, Shimza has shown that he can laugh about this serious matter as only South Africans can.

He made a joke on social media showing his good humour.

Briefly.co.za gathered that after fans told him his care is gone, he replied that it's just how life is.

Ah jo, it’s life hey. It’s gone it’s gone, life goes on and we just have to keep on going.

We're glad Shimza isn't sulking or being bitter. We hope his luck will turn and that he will find his car soon, or that he will really be able to buy himself a private jet!
