Somizi has taken to social media to give his hilarious take on the recent resurrections that have been trending in Mzansi.

There has been a lot of talk on the streets since a pastor claimed to have resurrected a dead man recently. The video of the alleged resurrection has gone viral on social media and of course Mzansi had their jokes. Somizi did not get left behind as he took to social media to crack a joke of his own.

The media personality snapped a pic of himself in clothing similar to what the resurrected man was wearing and captioned it:

"Imagine you're dead, happily and peacefully resting because you left debts behind and then your pastor decides to wake you up Yaz we are not safe!!"

Briefly.co.za has since learnt that the infamous man that was brought back to life has allegedly been arrested according to his former employer. The man has been identified as Elliot and Brighton. It is believed that Brighton also pretended to be wheelchair-bound for Lukau to miraculously give him the ability to walk again
