EFF billboard lastest victim in election season sabotage frenzy

An Economic Freedom Fighter billboard has been the latest victim of pre-election sabotage. The culprits behind it are unknown at the moment, but one can safely assume they aren't voting for the red berets come May.

We hope that the Economic Freedom Fighters took out insurance on their Julius Malema billboard, because it's definitely seen better days.

The Ekurhuleni billboard, bolstering their 'Son of the Soil' leader, is the latest victim to the expected pre-election suspense.

Briefly.co.za reported earlier that the Democratic Alliance had encountered similar treatment on multiple occasions, when their anti-ANC billboards had been vandalized.

While the party's supporters are understandably vexed by the incident, they seem as committed to the EFF as they have ever been.

With the 2019 General Elections three months away it goes without saying that party members, and the politician's, will bump heads in the rush to the ballot box.

Other than a casual retweet of a video clip, Julius Malema seems unperturbed, presumably because he is in Lephalale campaigning today.
