According to a report by 702.co.za, Pastor Alph Lukau has countered Prophet Mboro's criminal case with one of his own.

Eyewitness News added the grounds for Lukau's counter-charge has not been revealed yet. However, it followed Mboro visiting the Alleluia Ministries' church grounds to take on the resurrection pastor.

In a video, which Briefly.co.za reported on, on Thursday, Mboro was filmed praying in front of the church, where he referred to Lukau as a 'fake' prophet.

However, Mboro is not the only one who decided to take legal action against Pastor Lukau. It was earlier reported several religious leaders queued in front of the Sandton Police station to file additional claims against the Alleluia Ministries pastor.

"There is a fraud charge now being investigated by the police, that was opened at the Sandton police station, however they do say that there are two other charges opened at the Wynberg police station that were opened by the mortuary. The mortuary say their name has been dragged through the mud," Eyewitness News reporter Kgomotso Modise said.

All the negative attention followed a video that went viral on social media earlier this week. The video showed Pastor Alph Lukau allegedly raising a man from the dead in front of the deceased's family and the congregation.

However, South Africans have since slammed the church for staging the miracle to get attention and wealth.
