Learners re-enact Lukau’s ‘resurrection’ in hilarious video

South African teens are enjoying the ‘Resurrection Pastor’ drama a little too much and have taken to social media to share their version of how the rebirth occurred. Mzansi was left in stitches at the video of school learners reenacting the clip that showed Pastor Lukau bringing a dead man back to life.

The learners showed commitment to their roles and played their parts extremely well, adding to the hilarity of the situation.

South Africans on social media found it highly amusing, barely being able to find the words to express their reactions to the video, Briefly.co.za found.

One social media user said it was refreshing to see kids being kids and playing innocent games and play-acting, after the series of shocking incidents that occured in schools this year.

Nokunga Cohen found the learner’s version much more believable than the original, pointing out that the kids actually remembered to act surprised and run away after seeing a man waking from the dead. Many South Africans agreed with this and commented about how well-crafted the choreography and acting was, showing that the kids have great potential in the drama industry one day.
