Mzansi moved by video of spirited learners singing together

With all the bad press school learners have been getting lately, South Africans were touched to see learners celebrating their school spirit together, joyously sing and having a great time on the day of their valedictory.

A video of Eastern Cape high school learners singing and dancing in a cafeteria moved social media users who were impressed with the learners’ comradery and innocence. A Twitter user named Mosa, shared the video and said that this is the kind of school that she hoped to teach in.

Another user, Bontle, joked that the kids must have Methodist blood because they were singing a Xhosa Methodist song, Briefly.co.za found.

South Africans fell in love with the vibe which gave them a feeling of peace and comfort.

Mvuyisi said it was good to see that the South Africa still has proper schools and that some kids can still enjoy themselves at school.
