Musical icon, Yvonne Chaka Chaka was reminiscing about the good ole days when she decided to share an interesting throwback snap of her friends on a movie set.

It was a picture of four women laying down on the grass from the year 1988. It featured artists Mamas-Hildah Tloubatla of Mohotella Queens, Irene Mawela, Lennet Leew and Yvonne Chaka Chaka.

She said they were the legends of the industry back then.

Briefly.co.za reported that the legendary musical icon Yvonne Chaka Chaka took to social media to wish her aunt-in-law a happy 100th birthday 8 days ago.

The musician posted a sweet message on Instagram sending love and appreciation for her aunt. The 100-year-old has had an amazing life, according to Yvonne. She was a nurse and midwife and helped deliver current president Cyril Ramaphosa.
