Mzansi elects who should be resurrected if Lukau’s powers are legit

Briefly.co.za conducted a survey of who South Africans would want to see brought back to life following the Pastor Lukau debacle.

Pastor Lukau has made a name for himself recently following the controversial resurrection at his church.

The embattled religious leader has received flak from all corners but the debacle stirred up some interesting thoughts.

We asked readers who they would resurrect if the process was possible at all.

Briefly.co.za posed the question via our Facebook page and the responses were quite interesting.

Moses Chilanga Tembo feels it wouldn’t be a wise move.

He said, “Let's the dead rest on peace....they once had a chance here on earth...just live your life to the fullest.”
Andrew Van Sensie voted for: “NELSON MANDELA. To come and give our government some advice.”

Stivovo Langa said, “King Shaka Zulu...so that he can explain to us about this land issue.”
Mlungisi Sapepa commented, “My ex, to see how I'm good without her.”

Some would prefer a resurrection of a different kind.

Zoelic Vendela said, “Eh nna ke chaile can he resurrect my bank account?”
Tyno Skhumba replied: “If he can bring back Jesus so that we can know his colour ...we tired of white Jesus and this guys who claim to be son of Jesus making false prophets.”
Patrick Mapoti went against the grain and said, “Hendrick Verwoed so that i can tell him what a master tactician he was by engineering Apartheid.”
Jaco Pick added, “I would have loved to bring back the actual definition of ANC.”
