Road rage aimed at biker caught on camera sparks online debate

A video showing a man losing his cool and confronting a biker has surfaced on social media. It's not clear why the altercation started, but the video started a debate on the behaviour of motorists and bikers.

A video showing how things got heated during morning traffic in Midrand sparked a fierce discussion amongst South Africans on bikers and motorists and their behaviour towards each other.

The video shows the road rage of a motorist who confronted a biker and brought traffic to a halt, as reported on by The South African.

The angry man tried to shut off the bike's engine before he really got angry and the confrontation got physical as he pushed and grabbed the biker by his jacket.

Mzansi reacted to the video by expressing their views on what bikers are allowed to do on the road.

Some social media users were on the biker's side, while others admitted to feeling that bikers are just a nuisance on the road.
