Babes Wodumo has been the talk of the town since it was confirmed that the star suffered physical abuse at the hands of Mampintsha. Fans of the entertainer will be happy to learn that she decided to open a case of assault at the Westville police station.
Babes Wodumo has done what many people would say is the right thing - she has decided to lay a charge of assault against Mandla "Mampintsha" Maphumulo.
eNCA reported that members of the ANC Women's League Young Women's Desk were by Babes' side when she went to open the case at the Westville police station.
This comes after her sister and PR manager, Nondumiso Simelane, confirmed that the video doing the rounds on social media of Babe being assaulted by Mampintsha is real.
Briefly.co.za gathered that Bavelile Hlongwa, the ANCWL YWD spokesperson, said Babes' case has been escalated to the provincial level of policing.
It is believed that Babes will address the media about the incident later on Tuesday, 5 March.
