Bianca was adopted by Ellen Fouché when she was a baby after her birth mother paid her a visit, asking for water, Times Live reported.
Ellen gave Bianca’s mother some clothes and watched Bianca while the mother went to run some errands. When the mother did not return after three days, Ellen contacted the relevant authorities.
Although social workers had managed to track Bianca’s mother down, the mother said she wanted Bianca to stay in Ellen’s care.
Bianca hopes to become successful and help Ellen out by buying her a new home. She dreams of establishing more opera houses in South Africa so that talented singers have the opportunity to shine and make a living using their talents.
She hopes her performance on an international stage will help bring attention and recognition to the talented singers in the country, paving the way for their success.
