Legendary local rapper, ProVerb, has been giving fans amazing music and the best he's got for 14 amazing years. He celebrated the start of his career with a video on social media and fans got nostalgic.

Congratulations are in order for Rapper Tebogo Sidney Thapelo Thekisho - better known as ProVerb.

He has been in the industry for 14 years and has been constantly serving up greatness.

When the rapper shared a video on Twitter to celebrate the release of his very first album, his fans couldn't help but get nostalgic.

ZAlebs reported that ProVerb started his career in 1999 but only got recognised in 2005 when he released The book of ProVerb.

ProVerb has been dominating in the industry and even earned the Hustler of the Year award at the 2015 South African Hip Hop Awards.
