The father of Matlhomola Moshoeu is unhappy with the sentences received by two Coligny criminals today.
The father has said that he expected the men to receive life sentences for the crime. They received 18 and 23 years, respectively.
Moshoeu was allegedly thrown out of a moving vehicle. The men apprehended him because they claimed they found him stealing sunflower seeds from their employer. He was a teenager when the incident took place.
The case took some unusual turns, with the key witness at one point claiming his testimony was incorrect. However, others have said that his initial version of events was true.
