Epic car wash fail – car rolls back through traffic and downhill

- A man left his car at a car wash and things went horribly wrong as they crashed his vehicle

- A video shows how the bakkie rolls and narrowly misses other motorists but eventually crashes downhill

A man was hoping to treat his vehicle to a nice valet but got more than he bargained for based on a recent video shared via social media.

The video shows how a white bakkie rolls backwards and narrowly misses motorists passing by.

Eventually, it is seen rolling back down a hill and crashes at the bottom.

The bakkie falls on its side and a driver emerges from the door.

Despite the terrible landing, the driver is seemingly unscathed.

South Africa Live shared the video via their Facebook page and has already been viewed 29 000 times.

Briefly.co.za understands the incident took place in Windhoek, Namibia.

Social media users saw the funny side and quite a few admitted to using the services of this particular car wash.

Zulu Paa Endjala said, “True man, but the next ones before Otjomuise road. I have used that carwash several times...shu!”
A stunned Clinton Naidu commented, “Black magic definitely.”

On the whole, South Africans were relieved that no serious injuries were reported and saw the funny side.

Sithembele J Mbusi said, “Are we gonna ignore the fact that the guy making the video jump while his car was still moving.”
Callum Gowar asked, “Was there someone in the bakkie the whole time!?”
