Since the video of Babes Wodumo's abuse at the hands of Mampintsha placed abuse against women in the spotlight, many celebs have spoken out about the matter.

After a fan told Cassper Nyovest that he should stop pretending to be perfect, he made it clear that he does not claim to be, but certainly does not lift his hands to women nor does he promote it nor condone it.

I'm not perfect but I can assure you that I don't beat women nor do I promote it! That’s just something I don’t do!

Cassper further told men that there is no way to justify the abuse of women by using the excuse, "She did that so I did this."

A lot of men have a problem with just digesting that there's no reason a woman should be beaten. All that 'but what if she did this to him' is dead ni**as.
You just don't raise your hand on a woman. It's just that simple! You can't beat women! Do not do it! No matter what!
