The president didn't give a lot of details about the planned university yet, but he hopes to reignite the country's love for the ruling party, according to IOL News.
We want our people to rekindle their love affair with the ANC. Now there is a new rejuvenation and new affinity that has developed. We want to build more universities.
One is already in the works now. We are going to build another university soon.
South Africans are left speculating whether the new university will be in one of the big cities like Johannesburg or Cape Town.
