What better time to self reflect than on your birthday? Vocalist and songwriter, Lira, posted a beautiful message on her Instagram account earlier today.

She wrote to her fans and that she had been waiting 150 days for this day and wanted to fill as much life into those days as she could.

"I took risks, I travelled, I loved even more, I forgave everything, let go of what did not feel good and allowed more of what felt good to flow into my life. I committed to being more present in each day- it has been transformational! "

She added that as she begins this new year (and the next decade), she felt empowered, at peace, joyful, free and unstoppable.
