Ntsiki Mazwai recently announced that she has a new TV gig. Fans were over the moon for her, but then there were the haters, and Ntsiki was not about to let them try and dull her sparkle.

The outspoken poet and actress has not always been on the top of everyone’s list. She has been ridiculed for her beliefs, looks and the way in which she conducts herself, many times.

Briefly.co.za learnt that a comment made by a tweep, on a recent picture, stating that Ntsiki looked ‘so clean’, had her a tad confused and annoyed.

The tweep did not seem to be looking for a reason to tick Ntsiki off, but they did. We suppose that calling someone 'clean' is not the greatest compliment.

Ntsiki was not about to let this defeat her, so she simply stated that she was wearing make-up in the photo, something she doesn’t normally do.

She was not sure as to how make-up suddenly made her 'clean' either. Maybe this hater hasn’t worn make-up, which does the complete opposite of making you clean.

Ntsiki then took a humorous approach to the hater’s ridiculous comment. She highlighted the fact that the haters could have just told her that they wanted her to wear make-up instead of trying to shame her into it.
