Former AIDS ambassador, Dzidzor Mensah, celebrates son’s birthday

Former AIDS ambassador, Dzidzor Mensah, has released a rare photo of her son as he celebrates three years.

Joyce Dzidzor Mensah celebrated the special day by taking to Facebook to appreciate motherhood and celebrate her son.

She wrote "Some of us are blessed with what others are praying for in decades not because we are better than them."

Joyce Dzidzor also noted that children are the most valuable gift ever and that she is blessed to be a mother of three.

"On this day, any woman wishing to be a mother should be blessed with a beautiful child like my Prince," she wrote.
"Because the best friend a woman can have in this life is her baby. Children are the only creatures that give you the most genuine smile and laughter," she added.

Dzidzor seemed to be excited about her son's birthday and could not hide her emotions which poured out in the Facebook post.

Facebook users commented, showing their appreciation for her efforts to celebrate her son and wished him a good day.

Other users, however, commented on the fact that Joyce Dzidzor Mensah was a known HIV/AIDS patient.

They questioned how it was possible for an HIV/AIDS patient to live healthy, had an intercourse and gave birth to a healthy son, who is now three years old.

Other users also used the opportunity to raise issues concerning Joyce Dzidzor Mensah's denial of her HIV positive status.

Years after crusading and serving as an HIV/AIDS ambassador, Joyce Dzidzor Mensah revealed that she had lied about her HIV status.

Even though she was not queried about the revelation, some Ghanaians and politicians called for her arrest.

Meanwhile, Joyce Dzidzor Mensah had been in the news for alleging that some top NDC politicians slept with her.

According to her, they had promised to pay her but failed to do so after having an affair. Joyce Dzidzor was also in the news recently for soliciting funds towards the building of Ghana's national cathedral.

Apparently, it was revealed that Joyce Dzidzor did not actually mean to raise funds but recorded the video to mock President Akufo-Addo.
