South Africa’s very own Ndlovu Youth Choir has been taking the international world by storm with their incredible vocal talents. The choir recently featured on America’s Got Talent, making Mzansi proud.
The choir became popular in South Africa after performing a beautiful isiZulu rendition of UK sensation, Ed Sheeran’s ‘The Shape of You’ on a local radio station. Since then they have expanded their horizons and graced American stages, Briefly.co.za found.

The Ndlovu Youth Choir belongs to a network of projects which aim to empower South African communities. The project was founded in 1994 in a rural village in Limpopo and does a range of good deeds, from providing healthcare solutions to education.
The choir was established in 2009 and gives its members an opportunity to reach for the stars.
The choir has been working on a couple of exciting projects in between performances. They are working on a powerful commemoration of the Berlin Airlift, which was one of the first major international crises of the Cold War.
They’re also working on sharing the story of Somali activist and model, Waris Dirie.
