Briefly.co.za gathered that the story proved even more inspirational as it showed the power of humanity, with Phakathi being black, while the family is white.
At the time of the initial video, things were seemingly looking up for the family as the father was expecting a possible job offer.
Sadly, things took a turn for the worse as they were evicted from their home recently.

With the family now living on the streets, Phakathi sprang into action once again and has called on one and all via Facebook to assist them.
The motivational speaker provided the bank details for the BI Phakathi Foundation for any contributions.
His actions are already proving to be fruitful as social media users are rallying behind the cause.
Heart-Drive/Heart-Cycle said: “Bl Phakathi. I found them, arranged with a shelter for temporary lodging. I am looking for work for him. The little boy will be placed in school here. I will help them get on their feet again. Thank you so much for your help. This family already have a soft spot in my heart and I pray that they will be on their feet very soon. I will keep you updated.”
Sue Behrens commented, “Just donated. All the best with helping the family. You rock as always.”
K-Dee Thibadira replied, “Heart-Drive/Heart-Cycle I'm overwhelmed by you and BI Phakathi's selflessness you are the shepherd that God promised He'll make you when you follow Him. You are blessed beyond measures.”
