Former Kaizer Chiefs keeper Arthur Bartman dies aged 46

Arthur Bartman, former Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper, has passed away. The 46-year-old had also been the Mariztburg United's goalkeeper coach. Tributes have been pouring in for Bartman.

Former Kaizer Chiefs goalkeeper, Arthur Bartman, has died. Mariztburg United took to social media last night to share their condolences for their goalkeeper coach:

“The club has learnt with sadness of the passing of former goalkeeper coach, Arthur Bartman. Prayers and thoughts go out to the Bartman family during this time. You will always be a part of the Team of Choice.”

Bartman had made his Premier Soccer League debut in 1998 for African Wanderers.

His career, spanning over 15 years, had included playing for Bush Bucks, Moroka Swallows, SuperSport United, Kaizer Chiefs and Golden Arrows.
