Musician Ntuksa defended his wife against social media haters after she called him 'her nigga', but it seems those people were the exception as most of SA doesn't care what his other half calls him.
Bantu Hanabe, an ex-Teargas member better known to fans Ntuksa, had to defend his wife, Kacha Stepanovic, against hate from social media users who labelled her a racist after she called her hubby 'her nigga'.
Katcha apparently used the hashtag #mynigga in a post on Instagram in which she said she misses her husband and this upset social media users.
But when looking at the response from Briefly.co.za readers, what Katcha calls Ntuksa doesn't matter to them at all.
Some people even admitted that their loved ones called them the k-word at some point, and it doesn't matter.
Perhaps it's a matter of opinion, but it looks like South Africans really don't have such huge hang-ups about the n-word.
Check out what Facebook users had to say:
Lulama Qwabe - I guess she called him "nigga" in affection. What's the big deal? People need to loosen up a little bit. Racism this, racism that! It's ridiculous!
