The ANC has managed to polarise opinions once again as some controversial photos were shared via social media.

Twitter user, @AdvBarryRoux, shared a tweet on Sunday, which showed 2 photos and included the caption: “How did we get here?”

The images revealed how ANC posters were mounted at a graveyard and a dumping site.

South Africans were bemused by the choice of the location.

Some felt it was a shrewd move as the 2 spots have guaranteed voter traffic.

However, others felt it was too disrespectful.

In typical South African fashion, tweeps saw the funny side and the colourful responses reflected this.
