The ANC has managed to polarise opinions once again as some controversial photos were shared via social media.
Twitter user, @AdvBarryRoux, shared a tweet on Sunday, which showed 2 photos and included the caption: “How did we get here?”
The images revealed how ANC posters were mounted at a graveyard and a dumping site.
South Africans were bemused by the choice of the location.
Some felt it was a shrewd move as the 2 spots have guaranteed voter traffic.
However, others felt it was too disrespectful.
Briefly.co.za noted the posters at the cemetery received the strongest reaction.
In typical South African fashion, tweeps saw the funny side and the colourful responses reflected this.
However, some were angered by the image of the dumping site, but felt that residents are to blame.
