Mzansi social media users are in support of Kelly Khumalo after she was forced to walk off the stage during an EFF rally when chants of "Senzo" rang out in the middle of her performance.
Briefly.co.za reported that the singer performed two songs before leaving the stage. When the chants rang out, Kelly signaled to the deejay that she would only perform one more song. There was even a banner in the crowd calling for justice for the murder of late Bafana Bafana player, Senzo Meyiwa.
The songstress was in a relationship with Senzo and was with him at the time of his death five years ago. Many believe that she knows who killed him and is not telling the police.
She recently opened up about how she feels frustration over the situation. In an interview with eNCA, the muso said she had told the police everything she knew and there was nothing more she could do.
It seems the people of Mzansi - at least on social media- believe her. Social media users took to the social networks to criticise the behaviour of the crowd at the rally. Others even asked the police to start defending Kelly.
