- Meek Mill expressed his concern for the victims affected by cyclone Idai
- The American rapper quickly turned attention to the possibility of him performing in Africa
- Cassper Nyovest jumped on it and offered to help make it happen
American rapper, Meek Mill, has shown a lot of interest in performing in Africa. Cassper Nyovest is trying to pull out all the stops and convince him to host a show in Mzansi.
Mzansi has been holding on to the hope of Meek Mill performing in SA, and it looks like the time may just be coming.
Briefly.co.za learnt that Meek Mill, who is from Philadelphia, asked the question why Americans had not heard more details regarding the disaster that killed hundreds of innocent families in Mozambique and its neighbouring countries.
After Meek had given his response, there were so many “Africans” that made their voices heard with regards to the western world not been there and ignoring us when we are experiencing troubled times.
The rapper then replied that he was considering throwing a concert in Africa in the near future. As we would like to believe this, we will give him the benefit of the doubt assuming he knows where Mozambique is.
Mufasa took advantage of the tweets and was quick to intervene encouraging Meek Mill to have his first ever performance in the true motherland.
To visualise Cassper Nyovest and Meek Mill teaming up for a live concert is electrifying. The amount of energy the arena will experience will be unbelievable!
