Speaking to eNCA, Bonang Matheba revealed her secret to success: time management. The 31-year-old recently became the first black woman to become a member of the Cap Classique Producers Association. She says that all the events currently happening in her life have been at least 2 years in the making.

"Great time management and a great management team, I always say, I work hard but I also work smart and I really value time."
