On Wednesday, a photo was posted on social media which showed an altered poster of President Cyril Ramaphosa and it had South Africans folding over with laughter.
As political parties campaign ahead of the 2019 election, posters of the respective parties' leaders cover everything from lamp posts to trees.
However, an unidentified South African thought it would be funny to change a poster of the head of state - and, we have to admit we were given a case of the giggles.
Twitter parody account Man's Not Barry Roux posted a photo of the altered poster on his social media account and it sparked quite the reaction.
"Never a dull moment in South Africa," he captioned the image of Ramaphosa, who sported a drawn-on nose ring.
Briefly.co.za gathered South Africans found the footage hilarious and some even gave Ramaphosa a new name.
A couple of social media users joked that the poster was probably the work of infamous SA artist Rasta.
Social media user, @calzaverah3, commented: "I suspect Rasta the artist was involved."
The poster Man's Not Barry Roux shared was not the only one doing the rounds on social media, another tweep posted a similar photo, which was allegedly taken in Polokwane.
