Lerato Sengadi is not quite comfortable with other artists performing her late husband's music during concerts. She agreed with a fan, saying that it feels wrong to see others cover HHP's music.
It's only been about five months since hip-hop legend HHP passed away, but the hole left by his death is still very big and very raw.
Tribute was paid to HHP during the 2018 South African Hip-Hop Awards, but Lerato, and many of the musician's fans, didn't like seeing someone else perform his music.
One fan stated on social media that she walked out during the performance and that it felt wrong. Lerato agreed with the fan, and added a broken heart emoji.
"I can’t watch a performance of his music by other people. It feels wrong."
Of course, the tribute was a way of remembering and honouring HHP, and it was presumably meant well.

But for those who hold HHP in high esteem, it can be difficult to see anyone but him do justice to his music. It's a matter of personal perspective.
