SA rapper, Stogie T, opened up on why he didn't really like murdered American rapper, Nipsey Hussle's music. Stogie is saddened by the rapper's death but says he wasn't a fan because of his cadence.
Nipsey Hussle's death left music fans shocked. The US rapper was shot to death in front of his own clothing store in Los Angeles, and fans have been mourning his loss.
Often, when a person passes away, you'll hear only good things about them, but not everyone believes in painting pretty pictures of the dead just for the sake of it.
While South African rapper, Stogie T, says he was shocked and saddened by news of a fellow musician's death, he couldn't say that he was a fan of Nipsey's music.
Stogie tweeted that he didn't like Nipsey's music because of his cadence (the rhythmic flow of a sequence of sounds or words).
Stogie added that he never really considered Nipsey a lyricist, but he admired the demeanour of the rapper's music.
