- Lincoln has run into a problem; he can't peruse Lungi without Kgothalo's forgiveness, and that is not about to happen
- Kgothalo rejected Lincoln's peace offering, which led to Lungi rejecting his dinner proposal
- Lincoln told Nina that they are just a convenience to one another and nothing more
Isidingo’s main man, Lincoln Sibeko, has his hands pretty full these days when it comes to the ladies. Not only does he have Nina wrapped around his finger, he has also started to persue Lungi, which has forced him to make amends with Kgothalo.
Lincoln is a sneaky man and Kgothalo reached her limit with him a while back. After years of being deeply involved with the Sibekos and watching them use, abuse and harm others, Kgothalo severed all ties.
Briefly.co.za has seen how Nina and Lincoln have grown closer, but it seems that Lungi is really the one who Lincoln fancies. As Lungi and Kgothalo are besties, Lincoln knows that without Kgothalo he will never be able to win Lungi over.
Lincoln used Lungi to deliver a peace offering to Kgothalo, but it did not go down well. Kgothalo told Lungi that she wanted nothing from Lincoln. She made this clear by stating that there is nothing he could say, do or buy that would make her respect or trust him ever again.
Kgothalo returned the gift to Lincoln and reminded him that there is nothing he can do or buy that will change the way she sees him. Fans loved how Kgothalo stood up to Lincoln and put him in his place.
After being rejected by Kgothalo, Lincoln went to Lungi to try his luck. He used the situation to his advantage and apologised to Lungi for getting her caught in-between his and Kgothalo’s drama, and invited Lungi to join him for dinner as a token of his apology.
Lungi shut Lincoln down and rejected his offer. The man has to be stupid to think that she would go out with him after the way Kgothalo responded to his so-called peace offering. Bra Lincs was served a cold dish of rejection, just how fans like it.
At the end of last night’s show, Lincolns’ intentions with Nina were spelt out clearly. He told her that they are nothing more than a convenience to one another and that is all. Yoh, Lincoln putting Nina in that category might change things.
