Tbo Touch took to social media to share what he thinks of South Africans and how colonisation affected them. His words were met with very mixed reactions and he was accused of hating on his own people.
Entrepreneur and DJ, Thabo Molefe, better known as Tbo Touch, recently ruffled a number of feathers when he addressed colonisation.
He shared his candid opinion and it didn't sit right with many social media users.
In a tweet that has since been deleted, Tbo said he worries when he knows a black pilot is in control of his flight. He would question the pilot's qualifications, and blamed it on colonisation.
"When I board a flight and I hear the voice of a black pilot, tjerrr. I want to know where he graduated, how many years he has flown, is he sober or not, going through a divorce, does he owe anyone money or has he ever been to rehab. These are all the fruits of colonisation."
Tbo obviously feels that black people's education is inferior to that of white people, but perhaps he could have phrased himself a little differently.
Some tweeps accused the businessman of hating on his own people with the things he said, but others felt he was misunderstood.
