South Africans could not keep a straight face while watching a video of a man attempting to calmly hold a giant python.
A hilarious video was posted on social media which showed a man freaking out while holding a giant snake.
At first, the man seems to be handling the snake well before the snake moves its head and then he loses his cool completely.
The man immediately starts yelling, "Thatha thatha!" before putting some distance between him and the giant serpent.
The footage was posted on social media on Monday by Twitter user @CyamcelaMacya, who captioned the video "Thatha thatha" along with several running and laughing emojis.
It was not revealed where or when the footage was filmed.
South Africans were in stitches over the video and they took to the comment section to give their two cents' worth on the footage.
Twitter user @ThembileSishi37 commented: "What was he thinking? his voice when he says yeyi!!!"
Another tweep, @SonwabileNtlok2, added: "He's going home now lmaoo."
There were those who applauded him for his efforts, adding they would not have touched it even if the snake was dead.
Meanwhile, Briefly.co.za previously reported on a similar video. A middle-aged man bit off more than he could chew when he volunteered to hold a very large snake. He is assisted by trained professionals but is soon overcome with fear.
