All AKA's fans know that he's a proud ANC supporter, so news that he would be performing at an EFF event couldn't possibly have been taken seriously, as reported on by Briefly.co.za.

A report by ZAlebs indicates that some members of the EFF tried their luck and falsely advertised that the rapper will be performing at one of their gatherings.

However, AKA noticed this and quickly set the record straight on social media. He will not be performing at any EFF-hosted gigs.
