Images of a teacher have gone viral after he was photographed holding a learner's baby so that she could concentrate on the lesson.
A young woman, Moira Hinojosa, has taken to social media to gush about her support system after she fell pregnant while she was still in high school.
One person in particular went out of his way to help the young mom - teacher Julio Cruz. The educator was photographed holding Hinojosa's baby boy while he taught a class.
Hinojosa, who hails from Tucuman, Argentina, took to social media to praise her teacher and school for supporting her.
W24 translated Hinojosa's Facebook post, which read:
"Our teachers make me proud of Argentinian education. They’re people who don’t care what other people say and who help a person who needs it without asking for anything in return.
"From the start of my pregnancy I carried on going to lessons and everyone in the school has been by my side supporting and helping me all the time.
“When I started to take Santino to school, nobody tried to stop me bringing him to class. In fact, they didn’t want me to skip any lessons so they could keep seeing him.”
It is not the first time an educator helped out a young parent. Briefly.co.za previously reported on a similar story which went viral online.
Wayne Hayer decided he wanted to continue his studies to give his little girl the best possible life. However, juggling work, family and studies can be trying and Hayer knows this all too well.
Prior to one of his classes, the young dad failed to get a babysitter so he opted to take his daughter with him. Instead of kicking him out, the professor took the little girl and held her while he taught his class.
