Briefly.co.za saw South Africans were stunned by the video and they took to the comment section to voice their views on the footage. Some were left baffled over the irony of the robbery - thugs in a luxury car stealing from a man in a Toyota Corolla.

Clement Lebogang Mokwena commented: "That's not fair a Mercedes Benz AMG robbing a Toyota Corolla? That's greediness."
Miyoba Vwaali wrote: "Too many loads off that car, they were acting under a tip off. Plus how come I don't hear any screams, yelling or even a call for help from the one being attacked, cause they (robbers) were all active despite having a gun unloading and loading those bags. Investigate starting with the victim, they might have robbed themselves."
Bruce Laing said: "Is this the new south Africa How Sad hope your all proud."
Paul Pombo Fernandes sarcastically added: "Shame man... Those POOR Robbers must be Struggling with hunger, no Land, No jobs, No house... don't judge them!!!"
