The day is almost here! Somizi and his extra fiancé, Mohale Motaung, are about to say 'I do' and their guest list is lit. Mzansi’s very own President Cyril Ramaphosa even cracked an invite.

Somizi and Mohale’s wedding is one of the most-anticipated weddings of 2019. These two live the good life and are all about the finer things, so the expectations for their wedding are super high.

Briefly.co.za learnt that on Thursday, when Somizi and his bae accompanied Somizi’s mom, Mary Twala, to accept her National Order of Ikhamanga, they met the President and decided to invite him to their lush big day. We are sure that Cyril was never expecting it.

Mary received the award for her "excellent contribution to the performing arts and creatively raising awareness on women’s health issues through storytelling", and Somzi decided to capitalise on his mother’s moment of glory. Well, the least Cyril could do in exchange for Mary’s fight for democracy is attend her son’s wedding, right?

Mohale shared a clip on social media of the moment when he popped the question to old Cyril. Surprisingly, Cyril said that he would ‘love to come’ and that they should definitely send him an invite!
