Nomgcobo Jiba insists that it is her calling to serve South Africa. The axed former Deputy National Director of Public Prosecutions is believed to have plans to challenge President Ramaphosa's decision to fire her.
EWN reports that Nomgcobo Jiba, former Deputy National Director of Public Prosecutions, will challenge President Ramaphosa on his decision to relieve her of her duties.
According to her, serving her country is her calling.
The pair was found to not be fit for their jobs.
Briefly.co.za gathered that Jiba is believed to have said in a statement that she won't be stripped of her right to serve South Africa.
Jiba apparently feels that the president's decision to make her a prohibited public servant won't hold under judicial scrutiny.
The advocate added that the commission's findings against her were unfair, but she feels the assurance of 'divine providence'.
Jiba looks forward to the debate in Parliament over her removal and is also going to take the commission's findings on review.
