Entrepreneur helps poor man who sells golf balls to make a living

A businessman's act of kindness has warmed the hearts of social media users and inspired others to help those less fortunate.

On Friday, Facebook group Positive Relationships in SA shared the inspiring story of how a businessman opened his heart and wallet to a poor man.

Briefly.co.za learned a man, Joseph, roams a golf course, picking up balls and selling them for R5 each. He caught the attention of an unidentified businessman who decided to help him.

The entrepreneur not only supported him by buying balls for more than double his asking price, but he also gave the poor man some clothing items for the cold winter ahead.

The post read:

"A Business man decided to support this man much more than just buying golf balls at normal selling price. He now pay more than double for balls and occasionally support him with some clothing and other needs.
"Today Joseph received a lovely beanie, a scarf and cloves for coming winter. May this good deed encourage others to find a need and fill it."
