A Twitter user invited Mzansi to his graduation because his family could not make it - however, social media users pulled through and got his mom to his special day.
Last month, Briefly.co.za reported a man, Percy Mashitisha, invited tweeps to his graduation day because his family could not attend.
"Anyone who would like to attend my graduation ceremony on 25th April Tshwane University of Technology TB Hall...My fam is not coming," he wrote.
South Africans came together in an extraordinary manner and they were quick to volunteer services from photography to simply showing up to support Mashitisha.
Adding to all the blessings, South Africans made a plan to help his mom get to his graduation and they even paid for her accommodation.
"Tshoanelo is hosting my parents at her guesthouse in Sandton for two nights. Today they went to Monte Casino. I am happy for them," he wrote on Twitter.
Last week Thursday, Mashitisha officially graduated and he took to social media to thank Mzansi for all their help.
“I would like to thank each and every one of you for the contributions you made and also being part of this successful journey. You guys really helped me so much and God bless you all for that. May you continue to help the needy ones like me. Thank you,"
