Man shares heart-warming story of how he knew he found the one

One man captured the hearts of social media users everywhere after sharing the touching story of how he met his wife.

He opened up about being a shy person and not having the courage to chat up a colleague that he was attracted to.

The problem was that she was timid as well so they found other ways of interacting with each other.

He would look for reasons to walk by her desk and ask for advice on certain issues.

Eventually, they ended up leaving the office together one day and walked to their cars.

They ended up sitting at a bench and for some reason, had an open and honest heart-to-heart conversation about their lives, regrets, hopes and dreams.

They both agreed that the beautiful setting was an ideal spot to have a wedding ceremony one day – without realising that they wanted it with each other.

Despite the chilly conditions, they stayed seated, engrossed in the conversation.

They eventually walked to her car and after much deliberation, he opted to give her a long hug.

The moment he got home, he declared to his roommate that he had found the one.

The Humans of New York group shared the post via Facebook and it’s gone viral.

The story struck a chord with social media users as thousands were able to relate to the situation and shared their struggles to overcome their shy nature as well.
