On this week’s episode of Uthando Nesthembu, polygamist, Musa Mseleka, engaged yet again in another debate with his four wives about him getting another wife.
The Mseleku wives had made it clear in past episodes that they do not think that their husband, Musa, needs to have a fifth wife. But Musa has always used the excuse that he would like to extend his family and have more kids, and having a fifth wife will grant him his wish.
The debate in the family had caused a huge rift between everyone and to keep the peace and smooth things over, Musa decided to spoil his four wives a bit. He started off with a scrumptious lunch on the beach followed by the grand surprise and handover of a brand-new Mercedes to each of his wives as a "token of his appreciation" to each one of them.
A week ago, Briefly.co.za even reported on Mzansi' reaction to Musa Mseleku buying his wives a brand-new Mercedes each. Mzansi was left in awe. It was with a strong taste of envy that many people watched the last week's episode of Uthando Nes'thembu.
Many tweeps responded that polygamy is for rich men and would love to be Musa Mseleku's 5th wife, or even partner. Check out some of the tweets below:
Meanwhile some very angry men took to Twitter to say that Musa did not adhere to the Mens Conference rules that was held in February. Take a look below:
We wonder if Musa's expensive gifts have softened up his four wives into letting him take on a 5th wife?
Three months ago, Briefly.co.za reported that Musa’s wives were not feeling all that happy about him taking on another wife, and it seems that has not changed.
During a recent public talk at Stonecroft Ministries' Morning Tea in Port Shepstone, Musa educated the public on how he and the family go about finding a new wife. Musa highlighted that his family have ‘not yet given him permission’ to start looking for a fifth wife, and that the first wife is the one who has the power to say yes or no.
