Cathrine Mathebe is a 63-year-old gogo from Tembisa who is showing Mzansi that busting a move is good for your health.
According to Beautiful News South Africa, Cathrine used to be completely reliant on painkillers to get through the day because her arthritis was so bad.
One day, Cathrine decided to try get up out of bed and dance.
Using a broom for support, Cathrine managed to start moving her hips and shoulders every day.

Eventually, neighbours were pleasantly surprised to see Cathrine whizzing past them in the street.
Briefly.co.za found out that Cathrine then started inviting other members of the community to join her in her dance routine.
Eventually, there were so many people jiving along with Cathrine that her team had to take to the street to dance.
This was how Cathrine started her Bophelong Fitness Club, showing that being healthy is for everyone.
“If you move your body along, you can move your life along,” Cathrine proudly exclaimed.
Now, you can spot Catherine in her sparkly tutu bringing smiles to the streets of Tembisa.
